Simple Breathing Techniques for Relaxation

Here are 3 simple techniques you can try anytime, anywhere:
1️⃣ Box Breathing (4–4–4–4)
👉🏻 Inhale for 4 seconds
👉🏻 Hold for 4 seconds
👉🏻Exhale for 4 seconds
👉🏻Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat 4 times.
2️⃣ 4-7-8 Breathing
👉🏻Inhale gently through your nose for 4 seconds
👉🏻Hold your breath for 7 seconds
👉🏻 Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds
3️⃣ Deep Belly Breathing
👉🏻Place one hand on your stomach
👉🏻 Breathe in deeply through your nose, letting your belly rise
👉🏻 Slowly exhale through your mouth, letting your belly fall
Repeat for 5–10 breaths
