Gentle Stretches for Flexibility & Balance

Looking for a simple way to feel better in your body each day? Gentle stretching can make a huge difference — improving flexibility, boosting balance, and helping release tension from busy lives.
Here are a few ideas to try at home (no equipment needed!):
🧘‍♂️ Neck & Shoulder Release – Slowly roll your shoulders and gently tilt your head side to side to ease tightness.
🦵 Hamstring Stretch – Sit or stand and gently reach toward your toes (no need to touch them!) to loosen the back of your legs.
🦋 Seated Hip Opener – Sit comfortably, place an ankle on the opposite knee, and lean forward slightly for a deep but gentle hip stretch.
🌳 Standing Balance Pose – Stand tall, lift one foot slightly off the ground, and hold for 10–15 seconds. Great for stability and core strength.
Remember:
✔️ Move slowly
✔️ Breathe deeply
✔️ Stop if anything hurts
A few minutes a day can improve how you move, feel, and balance.
