Meeting Room / Therapy Space is a smaller room. We have proudly worked with the local charity Healing Harbour to make this room suitable for treatments for people with lifelong conditions. Situated next to The Hub, with separate access and toilet facilities. Air conditioned. They is also a small seating area outside of this room. Fully Accessible. This room is mainly used for Later Life Care and Healing Harbour, they is often other availability for local professionals who need a meeting space or treatment room. Please enquire if you would like information on how to book this.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for using our online booking system to check availability and request reservations for our spaces. This platform is intended to provide a convenient way to view availability and submit booking requests. Please note that all bookings are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion. Priority is given to individuals or organisations known to us. If you are not currently on our approved list and would like to be considered, you are welcome to email, call, or visit us in person to discuss your needs. Booking requests are reviewed by our team, and confirmation will be sent once approved. Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within twenty four hours of the booking time may result in any charges being non-refundable. In rare cases where we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly. If your desired time slot is unavailable, you may request to be added to a waitlist. Should the slot become available, we will contact waitlisted individuals in the order requests were received. Please remember that submitting a request does not guarantee a booking until it is approved. Our spaces are reserved for purposes aligned with our mission and operations, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
